Perhaps we could have a single use item to dye a magical steed to the colors of other normal horses. I like the idea of being able to totem my mount so I dont have to sit on it in the bank, but why remain restricted to black obsidian and white porcelean?

I'm thinking maybe an AG reward costing the same as the other dye kits.

Wouldn't be too bad, something like natural color options for mounts: obsidian ostard->green, same varities as forest/frenzied ostard. Horse, um..porcelain is already white..so um...brown? Obsidian llama looks rather silly, it's normal color would be nicer with making it a totem.
I suggest the normal colors, not: ethereal/fire/bright colors(like neon green, red, yellow...)

True there, the normal colors would be good. But c'mon you cant say a wizard wouldnt look cool riding around on a fire orange llama, or a purple ostard!!

This would make a nice christmas present I would think so not everyone would be running around on a green horse...

... I personal would like to have more then just normal colors I'm not talking like neon or even bright colors just like a green,purple or blue would be cool.

But its not for me to decide, although I hope I dont start seeing ice colored ones

How practical is it to dye a horse? Maybe the better question is how humane...

More about the colors, there's a very limited amount of "special color mounts" and i think it should be that way.
Edit. I know the dyething will never be put on, put some of the ore colors would be ok, too.

You havnt been here long have you? Not to be an ass but this isnt your normall shard filled with BRIGHT PINK HORSES.

Of course you don't, how about: (some ore colors) bronze, dull copper, copper and maybe pyrite...rest of em are a bit lame colors

In all seriousness, the price you pay for getting a magical mount is that they only come in 2 colors. If you want a horse of a different color, (pun intended,) then you have to tame a live one.

But it would be cool either way.

My favourite mount colour is the 'booli one. I'd .spec taming just to ride one.
