UOAM Auto tracking not working

I recently downloaded UOAM. apparently did the updates, but it's not tracking me. It looks like it has the cursor located near the queens castle in brit, but it won't track me, and the popups for the location aren't working either when I click on em or move the cursor over them

any ideas as to what's wrong?

Not sure about the popup problem, but you probably just need to calibrate to UOAM to make it so it can track you, easisest way is to go sit on the queen's throne, open up UOAM, select UO, then Calibrate, then enter all 0's into the boxes.
