I am sorry..

I tried to log on during my lunch time but I was having troubles with connection. I literally could only stay connected for a few seconds at a time. (I will deal with that issue myself)

My problem is, I had my dragon outside between the mage shop and the bank. Her name is Sandy. I am not exactly sure where she will be. I had tried to get her to the stables but was unsuccessfull before I had to go back to work. I was a feet steps away from her when I got disconnected the last time. So, at this point I am not sure where she will be. The Inn or outside the bank killing players.

Please know this was not intentional. Feel free to kill it if it is or will be wild.

You probably don't have anything to worry about, if you are offline your pet should be too, when you do get back online it may be hungry so track it down fairly quickly, I'm not sure if thier hunger timer stops when offline or not.

No, their hunger timer is running while you are offline, but the warnings only start when you log on. I ALWAYS make it a habit to make sure I feed my pet as soon as I log on

She will most likely show up at the point where you lost connection or at the inn. Since you were that close to the bank when you had to go, my guess is that she will show up at the inn. Just feed her as soon as you find log in and find her and everything should be alright. That is what I do with my dragons I feed them as soon as I log back in and they show up.
