While attempting to cleanse Vesper, I descovered an evil missive on the corps of a Vampire Assasin.

It reads, "The blue devils seek a hidden power. We fear they are looking for the black heart of Smiga. With it they would gain dominion over the dead! If any pass this way, drain them just enough to turn them. We must learn their plans!"

One odd thing happened while I was in vesper was my 2 henchies turned grey for a time after being drained slightly. At first I thought it rather odd so I waited a while and they eventually turned back. After finding and reading the evil massive this seeming oddity now makes more sence.

I'm not sure what it all means but the Black Heart of Smiga sure sounds intriguing. I also sugest anyone going down there to keep an eye on their henchies. Lord only knows what may happen to them in the long term of such things.[/i]
