i have crit his name is john, he the only one im unable to long on to, it lock up my first WOD window and i hafe to hit ctrl alt delete to get out of the window and can not long on hem, can some one help me, i all so page on the help for 3 days and no reply.

Sounds like it may be an item count problem. Where did you log him out? I'm thinking near a house or field.
One thing that sometimes works is to have another char visit the area where the other logged out, then log out a safe distance away. Sometimes you can log back in the stuck character after doing that, but it doesnt always work.
Also, try deleting the desktop folder for that character - it fixes problems sometimes.
If neither of those work, I'd get a GM to move the character to another location then try to log in on him.
