I was reading the manual and i came across magic effects and there were perm effects for weapons with clumsy lightning flametoung etc. suffixes. The effects were mostly ratman slaying, orc slaying, dragon slaying and so on i was wondering what this meant is it double damage to these creatures? Thanks

I believe you encountered an out of date section of the Manual. I don't think any of those items are being generated any longer. If that can be ascertained I'll remove the invalid info from the Manual.

I don't believe any of the foo-slaying weapons are created from random drops but rather come rarely as quest specials.
