I got a like 6 frayed from clearing moonglow down to the graveyard and 2 worns from trolls recently

I'm pretty sure exceptional clothing doesn't exist because when you benson it it's an automatic skill buff while say an exceptional composite bow would become a damage bonus which are way more common in general. People would only ever benson clothing until they had +10 for each skill they use. I kno...
