Trinsic Vendor Quests

I have found that none of the Trinsic Vendors are responding to the Quest gump, or none that I have found so far, and I have tried about 10 of them.

What is the message they give you? Also if you can provide a list of them it would help. I tried several of them and they work as expected.

When I clicked on the NPC's the gump came up, I clicked on the Quest option and they gave no reply and the 'Okay'/Cancel window did not appear. I will try again and see if the same thing occurs.
