Benson fix

Thanks to a little bug pointed out by Sei Ryu, your magic oils should be occasionally more effective. If you notice anything screwy, please let me know.

While we are on the subject is it possible to use oils on clothing? I tried doing it on my 106 skill tailor a day or two ago and it said it wasn't a exceptional item. Or is it just armor/weapons?

Only weapons and armor can be crafted with exceptional quality, everything else is just normal even if it has a crafter brand.

The only exceptions made within the code for Benson's oil are for Order Shields, Chaos Shields, Druid Staffs, Lich Staffs, Bone Armor pieces, and Orc Helms. all of which can't be crafted by players, so there would never be exceptional versions of them.
