I mana-stoned a fancy shirt of camping to a leather tunic with the intention of taking it to Bobby Bugfixer and he would allow me to change it to something a bit more useful. However, when I presented it to him he said he couldn't do anything with it. I tried several times. Am I doing something wrong?

I also tried handing him a set of sleeves that had been mana-stoned from a robe and I got the same result.

Theres another thread i posted about this and Hale replied. He doesn't recognize male versions of leather, studded or plate so just change the sex of the tunic. thats weird about the sleeves though dunno about that

Will look further into this, but will fix Bobby later. I have so much work to do outside to WoD these days... I will even miss this weekend's quest

Is there another way for this to get fixed? Perhaps with an owned bag and dropped in your mailbox? I don't want to be a bother.

Bobby currently accepts three groups of items:
Any leggings turn into long or short pants (your choice)
Leather skirts and shorts turn into kilts or cloth skirts
Chest pieces, minus the male versions of plate, studded and leather, turn into different kinds of shirts, tunics or aprons

The male chest pieces were probably omitted by mistake, but there's nothing in his script to suggest he was ever meant to accept sleeves, so unless he's reworked or the staff helps you with it, I'm afraid you're stuck with the sleeves.
