I can use the leadership skill from the skill options on paperdoll,but when I try to use a hot key or marco the discordance skill say won't let me use that insurment with that equipment or something like that.

That is because Discordance is now a skill, so Leadership was changed to another slot. The WoD Manual is up to date and states the macro you need is Begging.
