Found this while looking for a map of the Lost Lands, it seems to show all the entrances, so looks like were still missing a few

Updated and now there are eight confirmed ways to get there. Added Temple.
Serpents Pillar both are broken even if the secret words worked you can not place boat in Lost Lands
Vesper Graveyard (tricks of the trade) is broken, run to go into tunnel and could not pass through. broken
Moonglow North Mage shop could not get secret words to work, broken.

Vesper Graveyard is connected to Famine, and it's a one-way teleport from Famine to that spot.
The Moonglow teleporter, well... Papua is a Red Town, pretty much like Bucs Den. Do you want me to enable the teleporter?
