Wraithform and Plague Scrolls

I know a lot of people generally throw out necro scrolls, but I am now willing to buy them. 80 per plague scroll and 50 per wraithform scroll.

I save all necro scrolls i find, catch me in game and ill check what ive saved up

Unfortunately no, they can only be found in loot, but making them would be sweet!
