You can get all the same type houses that you can on OSI shards (up to at least Renaissance). We even have patio houses now, but do not have the shops (ie, forge). You buy the deed from an "Architect". There is a two week house decay, if you say anything in your house you will refresh it. If you say "I wish to refresh this house, you will refresh the house for 1 month. The one who places the house becomes the owner of the house. Options are demolish (and get a deed back), rename, change the house sign, change locks, and friends. To sell the deed back to the architect or other vendor you must use the "Sell All" command and target the deed. You will loose 10% of the cost of the house due to depreciation.
