At least that's what it used to be, on another shards message board someone posted suggesting it was one vote per IP per month, judging from the numbers we've been seeing on the T200 list I'm guessing that to be the case.

i don't think voting every day is working. i vote about 50 times a month from home and work so if they counted each one we would have a whole lot more than 160 votes or so.
