God I wish I had the time to do this. But alas, I will have to wait for BDC3: Ride the snake!

Good luck all

Wish I could join, but a virus has just recently deleted my UO directory and Tel'Imoen currently has our CD... Too late to go get it

No, sorry. But if tamers see any wildlife, they can tame after the event begins.

Necro and Druid materials components and spellbooks will not be included in this event. Please plan accordingly.

ok, since necro an druid spell casting material isn;t goin to be aquired, is it possible for those who are to bring their own druid bag and codex?

no regs for it, just the basis for being able to cast if/when we find regs for doin so?

No steeds, no items can be brought beyond your robe, colored in your team's choice. The robes cannot be magic, either.

Sorry, them's the rules. :)

I'm taking Corh out, he's useless without being able to use his prime skill, I'd say if necro's can't use their spells, an druids can't use there's because they're not allowed to bring them or they're not being given to use, then spellbooks should be left out as well. Though Angus has been wantin to do some smushing.. lag permitting he'll be there.
All day today it's been horrid with different areas still being affected by the power outages.

Well, I'm in a quandry. I have two chars and both are mage/druids. One is a full druid, the other is a bit more of a mage. But neither are full mages.

With just magery on the one, I can function. Can find an instrument (Hopefully) and do some provo.

The other one, can tame. So.. again, with just magery, that char can function.

But either way, spellbooks are provided and I would assume that through the loot as we go on, we will find regs to be able to cast. Or perhaps scribed scrolls, so that we can cast.

Personally, I will be joining tonight. I can use 2 out of 3 of my main set of skills, on either character (eventually, as the quest moves along.. as I understand it).

I do not understand however, why there is no codex or druid bags allowed, when the spellbooks are.

I know I'm being ignorant here. I understand programming and scripts, my assumption is that it is very difficult to accomodate the druids and necros? I'm just wondering if that is the case, since I'm also assuming there will be some things that will drop to help us along the way now and again.. so maybe those things could be dropped too?

I suppose I'm just confused. Ask anyone that knows me in game.. I get confused a lot :?

I'm just wondering, if one can accomodate one school of magik, why not the others? :?:

I didn't consider the event balancing that would be required to properly accomodate Druids and Necromancers. I will do so in the future, but probably in a different playing field.
