Is there a place we can harvest those? I see some static squashes, watermelons and pumpkins in the Skara Brae farmlands, but they can't be harvested. Haven't found any grapevines. Anyone remember if those were found here in WoD?

Try using a blade on the plant. Although it might be a static object.
