The Mailbox is Back

Hello everyone
This is to inform you that the old Drocket's Mailbox now has my name and I will be checking it everyday. I found two items there, one is Kara's durable halberd of destruction, the other is "a fortified rugged studded cap of guarding (rugged leather cap of defense)" and has the shape of a straw hat.
No idea what's wrong with Kara's halberd, and for the straw hat, the name is obviously wrong, but I don't know whose was it or what should I do with it...
