What is the World of Dreams?

The World of Dreams is a free, private shard which runs on POL, an Ultima Online server emulator. WoD opened in August 1999 and was founded by Preacher, Avienda, Shade and Dundee (Jeff Freeman). It has a deep history rooted in the early days of Ultima Online.

The shard is run by a staff of admins who are dedicated to providing the players with a safe, fun environment free of griefing and harrassment. This is a community of like-minded people who have sought out and found a place where they can play a game like UO without all of the draw backs of UO.

How do I join?

First take a minute to read through our rules. If you think you can follow them, then submit an application. We love having new players join us, but we are proud of our mature environment and take the application process seriously. Finally, join our forums or Discord server and participate in the community.
