New Players and Old Player Incompetence

I may very well be an idiot but I have tried to send a PM to Laephis twice now regarding requesting permission for two of my friends to have accounts on WOD. Neither message has shown up in my sent box so I think I'm doing something horribly wrong. I'm sorry I seem to have board incompetence, Laephis!
