A New Question

How are blank scrolls crafted? I've searched the manual, but I cannot find a reference to it and I've tried everything I can think of.

Sorry to keep coming up with dumb questions.

Use a lumberjack and a sharp object on hides. The easier to acquire hides are harder to use. I recommend troll hides. White hides are the best but hardest to obtain.
