Stupid question of the week

I haven't asked a really stupid question in about a week, so I'm past due. I did my best to find it in the manual before posting, honest. My question is how do you make cheese? I'm sure you must do something to milk, but what? Is it a lumberjack (farming) skill or a cooking skill? Thanks for your patience with my ignorance and/or bad memory.

This was a rough one, I have no idea what skill is used, but the process is this: "You can now make cheese. To do so, you'll need a pitcher of milk and a piece of cloth. With them in your main backpack, use a mill."

Also, NPC the bakery in Britian at least seems to be stocking cheese again, not sure if that is by design or an oversight in the list of what is being stocked.

Thanks Edison. I think it's safe to say that I would NEVER have figured that out by trial and error.

I'll test for what skill is required, but unless over 60 is necessary, I won't be able to tell, since all my chars have a minimum of 60 in both cooking and lumberjacking.

It's not a recipe, it's just one of the uses for the mill, so I guess it requires no skill.
