Reset spawn in Famine

Unless someone else has been wiping it, the spawn is not coming back in Famine. There are a couple of baddies that seem to be stuck in places I can't kill them.

The vampires used to invade Vesper because there was an artifact of power named the Blood Orb. There was a quest long ago where the orb was moved to a different place and ultimatelly destroyed. Since then, the vampire invasion script has been deactivated. The deactivation of the script reduced the vampire population in Famine. The normal spawner is working properly.
I'm familiar with the acacia. I know how immortality is achieved.

bring back invasion it was my fav thing to do on WOD please and thank you
